1. Brief introduction of LBP1800Q insulating glass production line (for max. 1800*2500mm) with gas filling on line
This Vertical Insulating glass machine is composed of
1) loading section,
2) washing and drying section,
3) transmission and storage section,
4) light inspection and spacer bar attaching section,
5) transmission and out-panel aseembly section,
6) inner-panel assembly and inert gas filling section,
7)storage and unloading section.
This line is controlled by PLC and realizes the automatic control and frequency control of the motor speed of the whole line.
The gas filling section adopts servo motor to control glass positioning, bracket movement and sponge roll loosening, which is convenient to operate, accurate positioning and reliable movement.
There are two operation methods in the control panel 'automatic' and 'manual'.
2. Performance characteristic for Insulating Glass Production Line:
1) Automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and Low-E glass, indicated by alarm.
2) Static state put glass when load glass sheet
3) The washing machine adopts stainless steel and other corrosion resistant material

Section 1 Loading Section
Main features:
a: Save 30% of energy: When no glass is placed on the loading table, it will automatically stop running to save power and energy.
b: Protect workers: Load glass by static state, ensure safety in production
C: Low-E film detect: Automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and Low-E glass, indicated by alarm.
Section 2 Washing and Drying Section
a: Overall stainless steel material:The washing machine adopts stainless steel(5mm thickness)and other corrosion resistant material, good waterproof, security, clean, and long service life.
b: Could washing Low-E glass: Nylon 610 food grade bristles of American DuPont brand are adopted. 3 pairs of soft brush shall be used to avoid scratches on the film surface and ensure the cleaning effect.
c: Could washing small size glass: There add 2 small wheel in the bottom, so the machine could wash 400*200mm small glass.
d: Save consumables, long service time: The front soft brushes are removable. After a long period of use, the soft brush can be moved back, so that the distance between the two brushes can be reduced.
Two layers of stainless steel waterproof layer are adopted at the bottom of the machine to effectively prevent key parts such as bearings from soaking in water.
e: Fast cleaning speed: the cleaning speed can reach 12.68 meters per minute.
f: Hot wind circulation saves energy: Drying section adopts the circulation of hot air to ensure the drying effect of the glass and reduce noise(equipped with silence,Less than 75 dB), with 1 pair of air knife.
g: High Pressure Fan (15KW): High wind pressure, high wind power and low power. Totally closed circulation system
h: Wide range of applications: The cleaning and drying section is a part of the insulating glass production line and can also be used independently.
It can wash 3-20mm thickness glass continuously.
I: The drying effect is good, which can effectively reduce the residue of twill water stains
Section 3 Transmission and Storage Section
a: High efficiency: There are two transfer motors, which can transfer and store two pieces of small glass at the same time.
b: There has electricphoto switch sensors on the side to detect the height of glass.
Section 4 Light Inspection and Spacer Bar Positioning
One of the important parts to improve production efficiency (another decisive factor is the washing speed of glass)
Main features:
a: Automatic:
- Automatic lifting of light detection beam.
- Automatic glass location.
- Automatic thickness measurement function: Automatically measure the thickness of glass and aluminum strip, and synchronize the data to the sealing robot.
b: High positioning accuracy of aluminum frame location: Equipped with scale, accurate and adjustable.
c: High productivity: The overall adjustment structure is adopted to ensure the depth of aluminum frame and glass edge, reduce the time for manual placement of aluminum strip, and improve the production efficiency of the whole line.
d: Humanized design:
- The black background highlights the unwashed stains on the glass.
- There has an open door in the back, to convenient worker manual cleaning of individual dirty places. Especially suit for the large glass and laminated glass.
Section 5 Transmission and Glass Height Detection
Main features:
a: Out-panel assembly function: Can combine double layers and triple layers IG unit
b: Transfer function: when the inner lamination function is selected, only the transfer function is available.
c: High accuracy: servo motor is used to control the moving distance, which is accurately adjustable
Section 6 Insulating Glass Assembly and Inert Gas Filling Section
Main features:
Press function:
1. Stable press structure: adopt integrated vacuum generator (imported from Switzerland) and control suction cups (60 pcs) through distribution valve. The integrated vacuum generator only needs to be connected to an external air source to ensure the stability of the suction cup air source.
2. Servo control to ensure the accuracy of plate pressure: Positioning servo, bracket servo, press roller servo, press loose servo. Ensure that the aluminum frame and glass will not be deformed, displaced and broken.
3. The flatness of the plate can be adjusted: the plate pressing surface is divided into 60 adjustable small pieces of 0.4 * 0.4m in total. Generally speaking, after the plate pressing section works 3 million times (about 2.5 years later), the plate pressing surface will be deformed.
Manually adjust the screws in 42 small areas to flatten the plate surface again.
4. High automation: automatically measure the length and thickness of glass, the thickness of aluminum strip and control the pressure of plate.
Gas filling function:
- Saving inert gas: the equipment is equipped with 23 gas valves. When inflating, open the number of inflating valves according to the measured glass length (have 17 pcs of electricphoto sensor).
- Fast filling gas speed: the filling gas structure is direct inflation, and the gas valve is directly below the glass.
- High gas content: The gas concentration is more than 92%, which is exceed the international standards. Because the plate pressing roller has good sealing performance and accurate plate pressing positioning, the inert gas will not leak out and will remain inside the insulating glass to the greatest extent.
- High gas retention: after 48 hours, the gas retention in the glass is more than 85%. Due to the high flatness of the plate pressure, the first seal of the insulating glass is good, which ensures that the gas does not leak out.
Section 7 Insulating Glass Transition and Storage Section
This section is used to transmit and store the glass to improve the work efficiency
