Product Description

Vertical automatic insulating glass flat press production line is mainly used for Insulating Glass Units (also known as double glazing glass, or double glaze) production. Our LBP2850C model applies for glass processing company, and windows & doors processor/fabricator. It can process max. 6000mm*2850mm size IG unit.


This production line, which includes double loading section, washing and drying machine, hollow out conveyor section, hollow out aluminum frame location section, double out-panel assembly, large stroke press machine and output section, adopts the most advanced IG manufacture technology and craft in the world. This production line can process same edge single and double insulating glass unit with high efficiency.

Main Feartures
1. Automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and Low-E glass, indicated by alarm.
2. The washing machine adopts stainless steel and other corrosion resistant material, with excellent waterproof performance, safety, clean and long service life. The combination of heavy caliber stainless steel wind knife, soft cot and high-pressure low-noise fan can effectively improve the cleaning and drying effect, and greatly improve the production efficiency.
3. Can process same edge double layers and triple layers insulating glass with high efficiency.
4. Adopts the world-famous brand low-voltage apparatus, sensor and PLC, etc. Make the line has longer service life.
5. PLC control system with touch screen interface, easy to operate, and self-diagnosis the fault of the line with high degree of automation.
6. The two hollow sections can easily check and wipe the glass on both sides, which can improve the efficiency and ensure the glass quality.
7. The press machine can be opened in large journey to maximum 500mm, which is convenient for maintenance. Twice pressing can do super long glass.
8. Drying section adopts the circulation of hot air to ensure the drying effect of the glass and reduce noise.
9. The function of glass position memory can improve the work efficiency.



This equipment can work alone, or equipped with IG unit sealing robot. The later condition can develop more efficiency.
